Returning is not a problem at Kiek Hip Wear. If you are not satisfied with the product(s), it’s possible to send it/them back to us. Returns can be made within 14 days from the date of delivery. The costs of returning products are for your account.

Step 1: Sign up the return

If you want to return an item, you will first need to send an e-mail.

Step 2: Returning

If you are returning one or more products, please note that:

  • You have to notify us of your return within 14 days from the date of delivery, after which you will have another 14 days to return the product(s) to Kiek Hip Wear.
  • Please metion your name, address and order number!!
  • Kiek Hip Wear only accepts returned items if they arrive in the original condition (not used or washed). The product label(s) and the original wrapping should not have been removed either. Please ensure that the packaging is secure, so that it’s not possible that the product gets damaged during transportation. If products are damaged upon arrival at Kiek Hip Wear, we may charge the related costs to you.
  • The costs of returning a product are for your account, not for the account of Kiek Hip Wear.

If you send your returned product in an envelope or flat package, you can choose to send it by regular mail. The costs of regular mail are a little lower, but the disadvantage is that you cannot trace it. Track and trace is only available for package post.

Refunds will be made as soon as possible, but at the latest within 14 days after you have notified us of your return. We may choose to wait to settle the refund until we have received your return. If you return the complete order, you will also get the costs incurred for the return repaid. Kiek Hip Wear always uses the same payment method for the refund as the method you used to make the payment for your order. It is not possible to claim a refund for funds generated with a gift voucher.


It is only possible to exchange an item if you wish to replace the product for a different size. The conditions for returns also apply for exchanging an item. The postal costs for the replacement are for the account of the purchaser, except in the event that a product is not the one you ordered or if it is damaged.
